The "Costa Rican Connection" - Cool Cat, Cirrus, Palace of Chance, Wild Vegas, Club Player Casinos are all under the same group - true name unknown. These sites all use the Real Time Gaming (RTG) software, which really isn't all that bad. These sites all have lower than acceptable payout percentages/hit frequencies - especially on the higher wager end of playing. There is no acceptable government authority that these people answer to, which can make it very frustrating if you run into a problem, which I might add is a regular habit at these casinos. The customer service is awful - they will offer you bonuses upwards of 800%, but fail to mention to you that in the unlikely event you hit a progressive (like I did for $10,000), you can only cash out 10 times the amount of your deposit. For example, if you deposit $100 and get an 800% bonus, you'll have a $900 bankroll to start off. If you're lucky enough to make the playthrough (usually 40 times), you can only make a withdrawl of 10 times the $100 you made - or $1000. So if you hit a progressive like me for $10,000, you can only cash out $1000 maximum. Then come the "free chips"... oh, the free chips. These sites are designed to take deposits, and never pay anything out.My best advice is to avoid this group of casinos - there's way too much drama and bad payouts associated with these folks. Playing casino games should be fun, and the "Costa Rican Connection" sites are anything but fun.
