English Harbour Casino is one of the few sites that use Vegas Tech/Odds On software, which has become my personal favourite. I believe this software to be the best on the internet today and offers the closest feeling of a real casino experience. The games have awesome graphics, the bonus features are incredibly fun and depending on which site you play, the payout percentage and hit frequency are really, really good. Having said that, English Harbour Casino has all the qualities I just mentioned, minus the payout percentage/game hit frequency. English Harbour's payout percentages are rather low compared to it's sister sites. Customer Service is adequate, but their response time on Live Chat can be very delayed.Overall, English Harbour is an average site compared to its Vegas Tech competitors, but compared to 100 other online casinos, it would still be in the top 20.
